BC Housing in Sicamous, BC
We at Modulux Design are working with BC Housing to develop the land in order to accommodate area residents who are in need of affordable housing.
The development will include 3 standard plans for affordable housing, as well as spec homes for those who would like to add a little extra to their property. The area will also include a park, RV and boat secured parking, as well as close-by amenities such as shopping, schools and cultural centres.
