Park Models, Mobile/Modular Homes- In 1991, Modulux introduced the Penthouse Series of Park Models to its range of products and in 2012, we introduced a line of additions.
The design team at Modulux Design Ltd. is happy to include many convenient standard features in their park models. There are also several options available for the convenience of our customers. We invite you to check out our Park Model lists.
Modular and Mobile Homes- In 2016, Modulux Design Ltd introduced a new line of Modular and Mobile Homes to meet the following CSA Codes:
• CSA Code Z240-MH Manufactured Homes
• CSA Code A277- Quality Control Certification for buildings and modular structures.
Modulux includes a wide variety of convenient standard features in their modular and mobile homes, as well as a number of options when preferred.
Modulux Design Park Models
Choose from our Modulux Design floor plans to find the perfect park model for your needs. Our pre-fabricated park models, similar in appearance to single-wide mobile homes but built differently, offer an excellent alternative for property owners.
Our beautiful 12-foot-wide designs, with select models expanding up to 14 feet with bay windows, feature luxury vinyl plank flooring, spacious and modern kitchens, and well-laid-out bedrooms. We also offer a variety of customization options, including sunroom additions that enhance both space and beauty in our park models

Modulux Design Single Wides
Our Modulux Design Ltd manufactured home conforms to the CSA Z240 MH Series standard, defined as a transportable, single or multiple-section one-story dwelling ready for occupancy upon completion of setup according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Intended for residential use, these homes have no building size restrictions and can be constructed with multiple modules, albeit limited to one-story construction

Our Sectional Homes, also known as “double-wides,” are crafted by joining two sections together, resulting in an expansive living space.
These homes cater to a diverse range of homeowners, including first-time buyers, retirees, and individuals seeking secondary residences, making them a popular choice for their versatility and comfort
